Tree planting and guided walks as usual, we have specialist displays and experts who will share their knowledge and skills.

The Arboretum team for this year are Lyn Otley, Virginia Smith, Karen Dowie and Lee Cole.

Entry is free for all today! So join us in a celebration of botanic gardens (the Arboretum is a botanic garden specialising in trees) and the contribution they make to our lives and society.
Donations are always welcomed and tax deductible if over $2 and receipted.

Tree Park Kiosk

The Tree Park Kiosk is open every day 11am - 4pm offering coffee, tea, snacks and, of course, the legendary home-made ice-cream.

Outdoor classroom

Teachers - your outdoor classroom is at the Arboretum

Our experienced volunteer education team is highly skilled and cater for a broad range of visitors from school groups K-12 to adult interest groups.

A diverse range of activities are on offer. These include guided walks; tree planting (during Arbor "Week") and identification; platypus and bird viewing; bird watching; industrial heritage walks; bush walks through native forest reserve and much more...
